- Working with user accounts in CRM;
- Online monitoring state of the site and timely response to failures.
Your superpowers
- Your English is perfect (advanced);
- Spanish no worse (advanced);
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- You’re ready to resolve difficult or even conflict situations.
Will be a valuable addition
- Have experience working as support or call center operator;
- Active CS:GO player (we will give preference to candidates who are active gamers).
