Want to create WOW content and build a brand with top-tier content and expert articles? Then this role is for you! We’re on the hunt for a Creative Copywriter to level up our Employer Brand through engaging and valuable content.

📍 What to do

Development and implementation of a content plan, with monthly tracking/analysis of metrics
Write expert articles for corporate site, Ukrainian media and our Medium blog, with SEO in mind
Run interviews with teammates and write articles for PRO sharing knowledge in external media
Update and manage content on our WordPress site – from job postings to company news and key section updates
Coordinate media publications, handle edits, follow editorial policies, and prep texts for publishing
Work closely with the team to gather insights and turn them into exciting articles, blogs, posts and new creative formats
Develop full scripts for videos and reels – from concept to final wording
Create content and impactful company presentations for external events
Work together with the designer and video editor to create visual creatives – formulate clear briefs to achieve outstanding results
English translation of the company’s knowledge base and internal policies, as well as keeping them up to date

🦸 Your Superpowers

Have 3+ years of copywriting experience
Fluent in English & Ukrainian – skilled in writing, editing, and translating expert content
Having a fresh portfolio is a must – be sure to add it to your CV!
Ability to take ownership of content strategy and drive initiatives
Proven track record in conducting and publishing engaging interviews
Quick to adapt to the company’s tone of voice
Creativity & Ideas – generating fresh content concepts and experimenting with new formats
Able to juggle multiple content projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively.
Attention to detail and a healthy dose of perfectionism

Home Office

If you are comfortable working from home, then you can spend $150 on furnishing your workplace.

Equipment

If you can't find something you like in our equipment base, we will provide up to $2,000 to purchase it.

Half-year bonus

We want to give credit to all mojamers for their contribution to the development of MOJAM, so every 6 months everybody will receive a bonus.

Education

We always strive to implement something new in our work, so we compensate from 50% to 100% of the trainings cost.

Budget for English

If you need to improve your English, we will compensate 50% of the cost of classes per month.

Budget for Ukrainian

Speaking Ukrainian is amazing and we want to do it properly. So we compensate 50% of the course cost.

Vacation

You will have 18 days of paid vacation and the opportunity to carry over 10 days from last year.

Sick Leave

We are against working through fatigue and super effort, so you will have 15 days of paid sick leave.

Birthday Day Off

Every mojamer gets one bonus day off to celebrate their special day — plus $150 to pick a gift from the company!

Extraordinary Leave
