🦸 Your Superpowers

2+ years of experience in Email Marketing, CRM, or Retention Marketing
Proficiency in email automation platforms, segmentation, and personalized campaign creation
Expertise in email deliverability and domain management, including Postmaster tools, with a focus on maintaining high deliverability rates. Strong understanding of best practices in maintaining domain reputation, handling bounce rates, and optimizing inbox placement
Strong copywriting skills — crafting engaging, highly converting content for different audience segments
Experience with A/B testing, deliverability optimization, and performance tracking
An analytical mindset with expertise in tools like GA4, Looker Studio, or similar for campaign reporting and lifecycle optimization
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email template customization
Results-driven approach, focusing on measurable improvements in open rates, CTRs, and conversions
English proficiency (B1 or higher)
A passion for Counter-Strike and the gaming industry is a huge plus!
