📍 What to do

Lead a team of mid/senior frontend engineers and help them grow
Drive architectural discussions and implementation planning
Own the delivery of complex, high-impact features
Define and maintain frontend engineering standards
Ensure smooth communication within and across teams
Support onboarding, mentorship, and healthy feedback culture
Be a quality gatekeeper: not just writing code, but recognizing great code

🦸 Your Superpowers

5+ years of frontend experience, 1–3 of them in a lead role
Solid knowledge of Vue 3, Nuxt 3, and TypeScript
Ability to design architecture from scratch and scale it with the team
Confident with SSR, WebSockets, feature flags, and i18n
You care about performance, stability, and scalability
Familiar with writing framework-level code, even if not part of your daily work
Comfortable setting up processes and aligning the team around them
Clear communicator who gives honest, helpful feedback
Product-aware mindset: you understand business goals, user needs and suggest meaningful improvements

🤘 Bonus Points

A good eye for UI or background in UX/design
Experience with animations: CSS, GSAP, SVG, Canvas, etc.
You know how to balance delivery speed with technical debt
Experienced in cross-functional collaboration: engineering, product, design, and analytics
Flexible leadership style, depending on team context
Familiar with performance and observability metrics (client/server performance, bugs, incidents, error tracing)

Home Office

If you are comfortable working from home, then you can spend $150 on furnishing your workplace.

Equipment

If you can't find something you like in our equipment base, we will provide up to $2,000 to purchase it.

Coworking Compensation

Each teammate, regardless of the term of work, is given $250 per month to pay for the co-working space.

Wellness Bonus

Relocation

Having trouble with power outages affecting your work? You can use up to $1500 to set up a comfortable and uninterrupted workspace.

Half-year bonus

We want to give credit to all mojamers for their contribution to the development of MOJAM, so every 6 months everybody will receive a bonus.

Education

We always strive to implement something new in our work, so we compensate from 50% to 100% of the trainings cost.

Budget for English

If you need to improve your English, we will compensate 50% of the cost of classes per month.

Budget for Ukrainian

Speaking Ukrainian is amazing and we want to do it properly. So we compensate 50% of the course cost.

Vacation

You will have 18 days of paid vacation and the opportunity to carry over 10 days from last year.

Sick Leave

We are against working through fatigue and super effort, so you will have 15 days of paid sick leave.

Birthday Day Off

Every mojamer gets one bonus day off to celebrate their special day — plus $150 to pick a gift from the company!

Extraordinary Leave

We’re all about support — give extra days off for wedding, the birth of a baby or when you’re facing something unexpected. Plus, we’ve got your back with financial support too.
