To support our growth, we’re looking for an HR Team Lead who will own the full employee lifecycle, strengthen our culture, and help teams grow sustainably while staying PRO & BRO. This role is about strategy, people, and impact. You’ll work closely with leaders across the company, guide HR processes end to end, and turn data into clear decisions that support both business goals and team well-being.

📍 Your Tasks

  • Own, scale, and improve all employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, performance reviews, development, and offboarding
  • Partner closely with team leads and managers: coaching, advising, and supporting them in people-related decisions and complex cases
  • Strengthen corporate culture, team climate, and employee engagement
  • Lead and coordinate the HR team and their day-to-day work
  • Improve organizational structure to increase cross-team efficiency
  • Design and maintain well-being and mental health initiatives together with external providers
  • Use HR analytics to drive decisions and recommendations: eNPS, retention, performance, compensation, turnover, workload, Gallup Q12, and more
  • Facilitate workshops, team sessions, and training for people managers
  • Create and update HR policies, processes, and frameworks based on business needs and HR trends
  • Support employer branding and internal HR initiatives

🦸 Your Superpowers

  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role such as HR Team Lead or People Partner
  • Hands-on experience supporting 20+ managers and working with large teams
  • Strong expertise across the full employee lifecycle, from concept to execution
  • Experience working with HRMS systems
  • Ownership mindset with a proactive, results-driven approach
  • Solid background in policy, process, and framework development
  • Experience running workshops, training sessions, and culture or well-being initiatives
  • Confident with data, metrics, dashboards, and analytics for decision-making
  • Strong communication skills, trust-building mindset, and structured way of working
  • English level Intermediate or Upper-Intermediate

Home Office
If you are comfortable working from home, then you can spend $150 on furnishing your workplace.
Equipment
If you can't find something you like in our equipment base, we will provide up to $2,000 to purchase it.
Coworking Compensation
Each teammate, regardless of the term of work, is given $250 per month to pay for the co-working space.
Wellness Bonus

Relocation
Sometimes life throws challenges our way, but we’re always ready to help you overcome them. We offer financial support ranging from $1,500 to $3,000 for relocation within Ukraine or abroad.

Having trouble with power outages affecting your work? You can use up to $1500 to set up a comfortable and uninterrupted workspace.
Half-year bonus
We want to give credit to all mojamers for their contribution to the development of MOJAM, so every 6 months everybody will receive a bonus.
Education
We always strive to implement something new in our work, so we compensate from 50% to 100% of the trainings cost.
Budget for English
If you need to improve your English, we will compensate 50% of the cost of classes per month.
Budget for Ukrainian
Speaking Ukrainian is amazing and we want to do it properly. So we compensate 50% of the course cost.
Vacation
You will have 18 days of paid vacation and the opportunity to carry over 10 days from last year.
Sick Leave
We are against working through fatigue and super effort, so you will have 15 days of paid sick leave.
Birthday Day Off
Every mojamer gets one bonus day off to celebrate their special day — plus $150 to pick a gift from the company!
Extraordinary Leave
We’re all about support — give extra days off for wedding, the birth of a baby or when you’re facing something unexpected. Plus, we’ve got your back with financial support too.
Corporate activities
