We are looking for a Payment Product Manager to own and develop our payments domain across different geographies. You will be responsible for the end-to-end payment experience, driving deposit conversion, approval rates, and player satisfaction while balancing risk, compliance, and cost. You will work closely with PSPs, fraud, compliance, BI, engineering, and customer support to build a world-class product. Our team is agile, flexible, and ready to dominate the market. 📍 What to Do
- Own the payment product roadmap across payment flows and payment method coverage
- Define and prioritize initiatives based on data, market trends, and business goals
- Manage the full product lifecycle for payment integrations: discovery, scoping, launch, and optimization
- Drive payment conversion rate and approval rate as primary KPIs
- Design and run A/B tests on checkout UX and payment method ordering to meet business goals
- Analyze decline reasons and work with providers to reduce false declines
- Take part in relationship management with PSPs, acquirers, and alternative payment method providers
- Participate in evaluating and onboarding new PSPs and payment methods based on geography, conversion potential, cost, and risk together with the Payment Manager
- Maintain a competitive payment method portfolio per market: cards, e-wallets, bank transfers, vouchers, crypto, and local APMs
- Identify growth opportunities through cohort analysis, country-level deep dives, and PSP benchmarking
- Provide regular reporting to leadership on payment performance
🦸 Your Superpowers
- 3–5+ years in product management with a focus on payments
- Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem: card schemes, acquirers, PSPs, 3DS2/SCA, MCC codes, interchange, and dynamic descriptors
- Hands-on experience with PSP integrations and multi-provider setups
- Experience with smart routing, cascading, and retry logic
- Solid understanding of fraud and chargeback management
- Strong analytical skills: Amplitude or similar tools, A/B testing, and funnel analysis
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A strong understanding of what good product design means
- Fluent English
