We’re looking for a Pre-VIP Manager to join the Growth division within our VIP department. Your mission is to guide players through their journey to VIP status while creating strong relationships and unforgettable experiences. This role is about communication, strategy, and a human touch that drives engagement and loyalty.
📍 Your Tasks
- Communicate with Pre-VIP and VIP clients via email and other channels, offering tailored assistance
- Build engagement and loyalty to help users grow into VIPs
- Create personalized strategies and opportunities to increase conversion from Pre-VIP to VIP
- Plan and launch promotional campaigns for the Pre-VIP segment
- Collaborate closely with Support, Product, CRM, and VIP teams to ensure an outstanding experience

- English level B2+ or higher
- Excellent written communication skills with adaptability for different audiences
- Strategic mindset and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Proactive attitude with a focus on growth, engagement, and loyalty
- Team-oriented and comfortable working cross-functionally
- Goal-driven and results-oriented
- Experience in client relations, retention, or account management
- Knowledge of CS2 core mechanics is a bonus
