We are looking for an experienced Product Analyst with real product analytics experience (Amplitude, A/B testing, BI tools, SQL) and strong communication skills. This role is focused specifically on product analytics, so we are seeking candidates with a product background rather than marketing, finance, or pure engineering analytics. Experience working in a product company is preferred, and gamedev experience will be a plus.

📍 What to Do

Work across multiple product teams (VIP, CRM, antifraud, finance and others), not tied to a single team
Build dashboards, calculate experiment results, write feature research, manage event tracking, and handle ad hoc requests
This role does not involve marketing analytics or data engineering tasks
Maintain a strong product mindset: not just analyzing numbers but proposing hypotheses and improving the product
Create insightful reports, dashboards, and automated solutions
Support the product team with data-driven insights
Design, run, and interpret A/B tests
Solve data-related issues using strong problem-solving skills
Collaborate with teams to shape the product vision through data insights

🦸 Your Superpowers

3+ years of relevant experience as a Product Analyst (Middle+ level, ideally closer to Senior)
Experience with product analytics, improving conversion and retention, A/B testing, and product experiments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Hands-on experience using Amplitude (in some cases Mixpanel) as a primary analytics tool
Advanced SQL skills and experience working with DWH systems (Redshift, BigQuery, ClickHouse, Snowflake or similar), including CTEs, window functions, and query optimization
Experience with BI platforms such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Apache Superset or similar
Willingness to work with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT and integrate AI into analytics workflows

Experience with dbt (optional, can be learned)
Experience with modern data stack and infrastructure as code
Experience with BI tools such as Looker or Lightdash
Python skills for data manipulation and analysis
Experience with Airflow DAGs
Understanding of dbt and data modeling concepts
