📍 What to do:
- Lead and develop our recruiting by implementing best hiring practices
- Drive end-to-end recruitment strategies
- Design and monitor key recruiting metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of our employment practices
- Coordinate the team’s workload and prioritize tasks
- Work closely with the branding team to design and optimize the best candidate experience and employer brand
- Build and ensure quality control of all recruiting processes, standards, documentation, activities, and politics followed at all levels to deliver exceptional results and candidate experience
- Develop and implement course corrections recommendations by leveraging data from our CRM, post-interview and post-hire surveys, and other feedback loops
- Provide consistent training and best practices to the recruiting team
- Coach and mentor hiring managers
- Work with freelancers and agencies
- Identify external developments that could impact the organization and develop solutions
- Participate in other internal projects
🦸 Your superpowers:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience and 3+ years of managing a recruiting team
- Data-driven approach to recruitment
- Strong analytical skills and experience with recruiting metrics/KPIs
- Track record of improving time-to-hire and quality-of-hire metrics
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of English: at least B2 level
- Proven success in recruiting and filling TOP and C-level positions
- Proven organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize
- A team player who can jump in and support the team across a variety of topics and tasks
- Experience in describing recruitment policies & procedures
- Experience working with a company brand or close interaction with the branding team
