We’re looking for a Senior Delivery Manager who’s passionate about helping engineering teams move faster without losing quality.
You’ll work side by side with multiple teams to improve planning, delivery, and execution while building a Delivery Management function that supports engineering at scale. But this role goes beyond supporting individual teams. You’ll help build and evolve our Delivery Management function, driving improvements across engineering and raising the bar for how we work together.

📍 What to Do
During your first stage
- Partner with several engineering teams to improve delivery, planning, and execution
- Identify delivery risks, bottlenecks, and systemic issues
- Facilitate planning sessions, delivery reviews, and retros when needed
- Track delivery metrics and help teams improve predictability
- Work closely with Product Managers and Lead Engineers
- Improve Jira workflows and operational processes
- Increase transparency around delivery progress, risks, and dependencies
As the company grows
- Drive constant improvements across delivery processes
- Design and roll out new delivery practices
- Build and evolve delivery metrics and reporting
- Help shape the Delivery Management function
- Support the scaling of Delivery Management across multiple engineering teams
🦸 Your Superpowers
- 4+ years of experience in Delivery, Project, Program, or Technical Project Management
- Experience working with software engineering teams
- Experience improving engineering delivery processes
- Strong organizational and facilitation skills
- Ability to identify risks before they become problems
- Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies (especially Kanban)
- Good understanding of SDLC
- Strong experience with Jira and Confluence
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Systems thinking and continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment

- Experience with Delivery metrics (DORA, Flow Metrics)
- Experience with delivery forecasting
- Confident use of the tools: Slack, BI tools, Miro
- Automation mindset (Jira Automation, AI, scripting, no-code tools)
