We’re looking for a Senior DevOps/Platform Engineer to help evolve our internal platform, automate infrastructure workflows, and improve the developer experience. This role isn’t just about closing tickets. You’ll help build an internal platform, drive automation, and remove infrastructure bottlenecks so development teams can move faster. You’ll work across the whole stack, from AWS multi-account infrastructure to developer-facing tooling, and mentor other engineers along the way. If building platforms that make everyone else faster is your kind of win, this one’s for you 🚀
📍 What to Do
- Design and evolve our AWS multi-account infrastructure (EKS-based) with a focus on scalability, security, and cost efficiency
- Drive the transformation from ticket-driven operations to a self-service internal platform: reusable templates, golden paths, and developer-facing tooling
- Own and improve the GitOps delivery flow (FluxCD, GitLab CI, deploy orchestration)
- Build and maintain internal tooling across the company: automating routine and repetitive workflows for engineering and non-engineering teams (HR, operations), reducing manual work and requests to the DevOps team
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and routine operations (Terraform, Kubernetes operators, workflow automation)
- Contribute to platform architecture decisions and mentor other engineers on the team
🦸 Your Superpowers
- Upper-Intermediate English (B2)
- Strong production experience with AWS (EKS, VPC, RDS, Route53, IAM, and multi-account organizations)
- Deep Kubernetes expertise: operators, controllers, cluster lifecycle, and workload troubleshooting (CKA-level or higher)
- Strong Terraform skills: module design, multi-account setups, and state management at scale
- Hands-on experience with GitOps (FluxCD or ArgoCD)
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (preferably GitLab CI)
- Solid observability experience: metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting (Prometheus/Grafana)
- Confident scripting/programming in at least one language (Python, Go, or Bash)
- Strong Linux and container fundamentals
🤘 Bonus Points
- Experience building Internal Developer Platforms: Backstage, service catalogs, golden paths, and self-service tooling
- Crossplane or other Kubernetes-native infrastructure provisioning
- SRE practices: SLO/SLI design, error budgets, and incident management
- FinOps: cost visibility, rightsizing, and Reserved Instances / Savings Plans management
- Security engineering: policy-as-code, secrets management, and IAM/SSO integrations
- Cloudflare at scale (DNS, WAF, workers, and image transformations)
- Experience with workflow/automation platforms (Windmill, n8n, or Retool)
- Experience with AI infrastructure and adoption: integrating LLM services (Amazon Bedrock, Claude API) into engineering workflows, agentic AI tooling (Claude Code, MCP), and building AI-assisted automation for internal processes
