📍 Your Tasks

Conduct testing of new functionality throughout the entire SDLC cycle
Write test documentation: checklists, requirement coverage matrices, functional guides
Create bug reports, process and investigate issues reported by the support team
Write and run automated tests in the existing framework (C# + Playwright), maintain and improve the framework
Work on process automation and integration of various systems/tools
Contribute to the QA team’s backlog/roadmap
Participate proactively in processes aimed at improving development quality at all levels

🦸 Your Superpowers

1+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
Programming experience in any language, knowledge of OOP (we use C#)
Strong understanding of testing theory and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Ability to work with test documentation and requirements (technical specifications)
Understanding of REST API and experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger)
Experience with version control systems (Git) and any CI/CD system (we use GitLab)
Strong desire to grow technically and develop skills in automation

🤘Bonus Points

Experience with automation tools and test frameworks (we use NUnit, Playwright)
Experience with SQL-like databases (we use Postgres)
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Ability to work in the terminal

Home Office

If you are comfortable working from home, then you can spend $150 on furnishing your workplace.

Equipment

Half-year bonus

We want to give credit to all mojamers for their contribution to the development of MOJAM, so every 6 months everybody will receive a bonus.

Education

We always strive to implement something new in our work, so we compensate from 50% to 100% of the trainings cost.

Budget for English

If you need to improve your English, we will compensate 50% of the cost of classes per month.

Budget for Ukrainian

Speaking Ukrainian is amazing and we want to do it properly. So we compensate 50% of the course cost.

Vacation

You will have 18 days of paid vacation and the opportunity to carry over 10 days from last year.

Sick Leave

We are against working through fatigue and super effort, so you will have 15 days of paid sick leave.

Birthday Day Off

Every mojamer gets one bonus day off to celebrate their special day — plus $150 to pick a gift from the company!

Extraordinary Leave
