📍 What to do
VIP Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with our VIPs
- Ensure seamless, personalized experiences on our platform
- Be the go-to point of contact for VIPs, addressing any questions, concerns, and requests promptly
Client Engagement
- Proactively reach out to ensure satisfaction, keep them updated on exclusive offers and promotions
- Analyze player behavior to recommend personalized rewards and tailored experiences
Sales & Growth
- Spot opportunities to upsell and cross-sell based on client behavior
- Collaborate with marketing to craft exclusive VIP campaigns
Problem-Solving
- Handle any issues VIP clients face, from account problems to in-game concerns
- Work closely with the tech team to resolve technical challenges efficiently
Client Retention
- Develop strategies to keep our VIPs engaged and loyal
- Provide data-backed feedback to product teams, helping shape future development based on client preferences

Experience
- 2+ years in account management, customer support, or sales
- Proven track record working with VIP clients is a major plus
Skills
- Stellar communication and interpersonal abilities
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client needs
- Ability to juggle multiple VIP accounts in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sales acumen with cross-selling and upselling chops
Knowledge
- CS/CS2 community knowledge and understanding of in-game mechanics
Language
- Fluent English is a must; additional languages are always welcome!
