MOJAM returned to the metaverse of the Meta Hata career conference, and this time, we leveled up even harder. On November 8, our company joined the new season of the event by Lezo to share value, fun, and real tools for growth. What did we bring to the table this time around? A mind-blowing space inspired by Counter-Strike maps and a super in-depth workshop on how to negotiate your salary effectively and get paid more.
Why Do We Collaborate With Meta Hata?
Meta Hata 5.0 traditionally brings together those who want to build a career in the IT industry. The event is organized all within the metaverse and features networking, a mix of learning and gaming, and, most importantly, the opportunity to see companies “from the inside.” In the metaverse, everything works like an interactive adventure: participants create an avatar, enter different virtual spaces, communicate with company teams, and take part in activities. It’s all about live communication in a game-based format.
This approach is a perfect match for MOJAM, because we advocate for using cutting-edge technologies and authentic, no-formalities approaches.
For us, it’s a great opportunity to showcase who we are and meet candidates with a true “jamer” mindset — proactive, driven, and curious about tech trends.
What’s New From MOJAM at Meta Hata 2025?
Our team is always looking to reach new highs and make things even cooler than before. That’s why this year we decided to fully upgrade our space to create something completely new and closely connected to our product.
In previous years, we surprised Meta Hata guests with an awesome custom-made space designed as a spaceship. This time, our HR team took on an ambitious idea: to fully rework the previous space into a new one styled after Counter-Strike maps. We designed an environment that delivers a WOW effect for guests who haven’t played CS before, while pulling in real gamers with clever Easter eggs.
Our SMM manager, Semen, dove deep into Counter-Strike materials to successfully “doll up” our space with visuals inspired by Mirage, Ancient, and Dust II.

Of course, inside the space, guests were welcomed with plenty of MOJAM insights and useful resources.
This time, we offered:
- A workshop on how to talk about salary expectations with HR and get a higher pay 💸
- A guest quest: 3 winners who found the golden JAM jar in the space received a one-on-one salary consultation with MOJAM’s Recruitment Lead
- A virtual parkour with prizes for top performers
- A CS knowledge quiz with gifts for the best results. It’s a knowledge checkpoint for real Counter-Strike fans 😎
The PRO Workshop on Confident Salary Negotiations
Talent Acquisition Team Lead Anya delivered a practical lecture Win the Game! Salary Edition. She shared insights and advice on:
- The state of salaries in the 2025 IT market
- How to determine your real salary
- How to talk about money in a confident manner and negotiate with a company like a PRO (including insights about salary negotiations from an HR perspective)

How Did Everything Go?
Technical issues didn’t stop us (unfortunately, there was a blackout during the event 😞). We still energized Meta Hata with activities in our space. Over the course of the event, 900 conference participants visited our space, and 71 of them also took part in various activities throughout the day.
