We’re looking for a Head of Product to lead product team and own the product end to end — from vision and strategy to the metrics it moves. 📍 What to Do
- Own the product. Be accountable for the product end to end: its key metrics, how it develops, and its vision — where the product goes next and why
- Shape the product strategy. Work with the CPO and C-level on the overall product strategy: where we focus on, what we stop doing, and how it ties to company goals
- Lead and grow the PM team. Run weekly 1:1s, give direct, fact-based feedback, set development and improvement plans. Hire strong people and part ways with those who can’t hold the bar
- Make every area accountable. Every part of the product has a PM who knows the domain, its business model and competitors, makes informed decisions and takes ownership of the outcomes
- Make discovery fast. Raise the speed of discovery across the team, so we learn what works and what doesn’t before we build it
- Grow the discovery practice. Develop how the team does discovery: deeper research, sharper hypotheses and better use of data and player insight
- Work with stakeholders. Build transparent planning with the teams around product, so priorities and trade-offs are clear to everyone
- Partner with engineering. With the CTO, shorten the path from idea to release: clear goals and requirements, prototypes as living specs, fewer rounds of rework
🦸 Your Superpowers
- 6+ years in product management, 2+ years leading PMs — you have hired, coached and, when needed, let people go
- A track record of moving metrics, not shipping features: you can name the numbers you changed, how, and what didn’t work
- B2C product with real money flows — gaming, iGaming, fintech, e-commerce or marketplaces: activation, retention, monetization, payments
- Strong with data. You independently analyze cohorts and funnels, design A/B tests, and know how to tell a meaningful result from statistical noise. Amplitude or a similar analytics platform is part of your daily toolkit
- Focus and the courage to say no — to stakeholders, to the CPO, to the CEO — backing your decisions with sound reasoning, not politics
- Direct and supportive at the same time. You raise the bar for the team and give it the support to reach it
- AI-native in how you work. You prototype with AI tools, use Claude or similar agents for research and code exploration, and expect the same from your team
- Business-owner mindset. You treat every engineering day as money spent from your own budget
- Fluent English; you write clear docs and decisions others can act on without a meeting

- Experience with products in a regulated environment
- Hands-on when needed: you are ready to roll up your sleeves and do the work yourself, not only manage it
