- 2+ years of experience as an HR Manager in IT
- English is at least at an Intermediate level
- You’re a great communicator — you know how to ask the right questions, get to the root of things, and handle requests with care
- You’ve figured out that sweet spot between truly caring for people and being business-savvy
- You’re proactive and full of ideas — we don’t follow strict instructions here, we look for better ways and make them happen
- You’re quick on your feet — you know what’s urgent, aren’t afraid to take responsibility, and go for results
- You’re confident with tools like Google Workspace, AI apps, and CRMs

📍 What to do
- Manages the full teammate life cycle — from onboarding and adaptation to ongoing support and development
- Develops and maintains the performance review process; participates in compensation discussions
- Holds regular 1:1 meetings with employees to identify potential issues, address work-related risks, and manage organizational matters (e.g., employee transfers, workspace allocation, benefits)
- Advises managers on working with their teams and supports employees with any concerns; acts as a mediator in work-related challenges
- Supports teammates’ growth and development within the company
- Facilitates learning and development initiatives, including training coordination, education platform management, and language programs
- Tracks employee satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty levels
- Organizes and runs corporate training events
