Hi, we’re MOJAM, and we’re looking for a talented Recruiter to join our HR team! We create products with the best gaming services for CS2 players. Every day, tens of thousands of people from all over the world use our products. Our team is agile, flexible, and determined to dominate the market.

📍 What to Do

Arranging full life-cycle recruitment process: from the understanding of vacancy’s requirements, sourcing of candidates, proactive search, interviewing candidates to negotiating potential offers and pre-onboarding
Make the vacancy attractive and work on the job description
Collaborate with the team to enhance recruiting processes, analytics, and the overall hiring process
Identify and attract top-tier specialists in marketing, development, and other key areas
Stay connected with candidates, build a network, and provide them with feedback
Keep the team informed about the progress of the recruitment process (weekly reports)
Work with HRIS (we use People force) and other tools

🦸 Your Superpowers

4+ years of experience in IT recruiting
Experience in product companies
Experience in recruiting top-tier specialists in various fields such as marketing, development, and others
A deep understanding of the IT market and proficiency in using all modern tools to find specialists
Proficiency in conducting interviews (including initial technical assessments, competency checks, and motivation evaluations)
Strong ability to collaborate with teams to enhance recruiting processes, leveraging analytics and improving the overall hiring experience
You know how to work with HRIS
