It’s all about finding unique approaches for each player, making their journey unforgettable, and creating a true VIP vibe in our gaming world. We’re hiring Night Shift VIP Manager to ensure 24/7 coverage for our top-tier clients. Schedule: 2 days on / 2 days off, 22:00–10:00 (EEST).

📍 What to Do

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-profile clients
  • Ensure VIP clients have a seamless and personalized experience on our platform
  • Act as the main point of contact for VIP clients during your shift, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests in a timely manner
  • Manage VIP operations independently during night hours — you own the shift
  • Ensure smooth handover to the day team with clear written shift summaries: key events, client issues, follow-ups needed
  • Escalate critical issues to the Shift Lead or Head of VIP via established protocols
  • Proactively reach out to VIP clients to ensure satisfaction, update them on exclusive offers, events, and promotions
  • Analyze client activity and engagement to offer personalized recommendations and rewards
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on clients’ behavior and preferences
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support tailored campaigns for VIP clients
  • Handle and resolve any issues VIP clients might face with their accounts, transactions, etc.
  • Collaborate with the support team to ensure quick resolution of any technical challenges
  • Provide feedback to the product and development teams based on client preferences and behaviors
  • Contribute to retention efforts by flagging at-risk clients and executing personalized re-engagement actions

🦸 Your Superpowers

  • 1+ years of experience in account management, customer support, or sales
  • Gaming and related industry experience is a strong advantage
  • Previous experience working with VIP or high-profile clients is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs
  • High level of autonomy — you’re comfortable making decisions and owning outcomes without constant supervision
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple VIP accounts simultaneously
  • Sales-oriented with a good understanding of cross-selling and upselling strategies
  • Familiarity with the CS/CS2 gaming community is a strong advantage
  • Advanced/Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus
