We’re looking for a hands-on VIP Team Lead who will lead by example, keep the team fired up, and take ownership of the numbers. Our VIP department is a key revenue driver with a solid team, clear processes, and a highly engaged audience. You’ll have a strong starting point, real autonomy, and room to improve and scale the function once you’ve got to know the product and the team.

📍 What to Do

Own the team’s revenue, retention, and LTV targets and drive performance against them
Lead and develop the VIP team through 1:1s, coaching, performance management, hiring, and onboarding
Stay hands-on: personally manage a small top-tier VIP portfolio and step into critical escalations
Grow the VIP base through conversion, retention, and reactivation activities
Use player and team data to identify opportunities, test hypotheses, and improve results
Own VIP operations and quality: coverage, communication standards, QA, and team performance
Represent the VIP department in cross-functional collaboration with Product, CRM, Support, Payments, Anti-Fraud, and Analytics
Learn the existing system first, then improve and scale the team, processes, and VIP approach based on data

🦸 Your Superpowers

2+ years leading a VIP or high-value client team with commercial KPIs
Strong people leadership: you know how to motivate a team, set a high bar, coach teammates, run 1:1s, and address underperformance
Proven commercial track record: you can speak in specific KPIs, results, and numbers, not just responsibilities
Hands-on VIP experience: you’ve personally managed high-value clients and are comfortable staying close to top-tier players as a playing coach
Strong understanding of retention and VIP economics: growth, reactivation, offers/bonuses, and their impact on revenue
Data-driven approach: you use player and team data to spot opportunities and make decisions
High ownership and autonomy: you take responsibility, bring solutions, and don’t need constant direction
