What Is Meta Hata?
Meta Hata is Lezo’s way of matching candidates with cool companies. This time, it was 25+ top employers and over 3,000 participants all set to level up their careers. And the best part? It all went down online — in the metaverse! You could create your own avatar, tune into some killer talks on the meta stage, and wander through creative spaces looking for jobs, networking, and good vibes. The 3.0 edition happened on November 24th, and guess what? The date for the next MetaHata is already locked in 🙃
What Were We Up To?
At Meta Hata 3.0, we brought the heat with three epic activities: an awesome stream from Max Blashnikov, MOJAM’s recruiter, a CV Crash-Test from our recruitment squad, and a gamer-style quest parkour in our own custom space packed with that MOJAM vibe.
How Max Fired Everyone Up
To help everyone level up their CVs, Max dropped all his knowledge and ran a stream (yep, not just a boring lecture — we’re in the metaverse, after all) called «Win the Game: How to Turn a Fail CV into a Winning One.» Here’s what went down:
- He called out the red flags: shared all the EPIC FAIL moments and showed what an EPIC WIN actually looks like
- Told some hilarious (and kinda cringey) interview stories
- Explained what recruiting MOJAM style is all about
We know that even the best stories need some hands-on practice to make a real impact. That’s why the CV Crash-Test was born.
CV Crush-Test by Our Recruitment Team 🔨
We were all about giving max value, so we asked everyone at Meta Hata to send in their CVs for our recruitment team to break down and share tips on how to level them up.
We ended up getting 48 CVs, and later we got some heartwarming thank-you messages from people who were grateful for the feedback.
How We Set Up the Space and Why It Stood Out
We built it over about 1.5 weeks — an epic space shuttle designed from scratch in Unity. The mastermind behind the shuttle was our SMM manager, Semen, who figured everything out by himself (told ya, all mojamers are legends). Oh, and the space is still live, so you can totally check it out and explore it now 💪

«If you’ve got the internet and a ton of motivation, you can literally do anything. The metaverse is our jam because we’re all about products for gamers. At first, we planned to do a standard space, but after checking out what the platform could do and watching a couple of YouTube videos, we decided to go all out and make it WOW, just like we always do.»
MOJAM’s space shuttle ended up being the most talked-about spot at the event! By the time this was written, 850 users had checked it out. Inside, you could find: hot job openings, our company values, event videos, deets on our internal CS team tournaments, and all the stuff that gives off that true MOJAM vibe. Oh, and right before Max’s stream, we spontaneously broke out into a Gangnam Style dance. Around 50 Meta Hata participants were dancing along with us online🕺 Now that’s what we call a true match!
We’re all about that gamer life. So, we whipped up our own quest where participants had to find 10 jams hidden around the shuttle. The last one was up high — getting it took some serious parkour skills. Total metaverse vibes 🎮
Anyone who made it to the final level dropped their contact info and joined a raffle for Meta Quest 3 VR goggles. Because hey, the event’s vibe means the prizes gotta match! The winner was announced the same day on our Instagram — shoutout to Oleksii @bachura26 from Dnipro! 🎁
