⚡ What to Do :
- Manage and optimize the CRM platform to enhance customer engagement, segmentation, and personalization
- Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy, including email, web push, and on-site communications, to increase customer retention and engagement
- Design and execute customer segmentation strategies to ensure relevant and targeted messaging to different customer segments
- Utilize A/B testing to continuously improve CRM activities effectiveness
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of CRM initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Product, and Analytics teams to align CRM activities with overall company goals and strategies
- Control the production of all necessary materials
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to customer retention and CRM
🦸 Your Superpowers
- 2+ years of experience in CRM/ Retention/Email Marketing
- Proficient in using CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
- Detailed expertise in email, web push, and on-site communication retention strategies
- Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to interpret customer data and make informed decisions on CRM initiatives
- Strong copywriting skills, possessing the ability to produce engaging and persuasive content tailored to different customer segments
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable improvements in customer retention metrics and CRM performance
- Continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve retention strategies and CRM processes
- Upper-intermediate (B2)
- HTML and CSS proficiency
Being well-acquainted with the gaming industry, having a passion for video games (CS ideally) would be a substantial asset
