What to do:
- Manage and optimize the CRM platform to enhance customer engagement, segmentation, and personalization.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy, including email, web push, and on-site communications, to increase customer retention and engagement.
- Design and execute customer segmentation strategies to ensure relevant and targeted messaging to different customer segments. Utilize A/B testing to continuously improve CRM activities effectiveness.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of CRM initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvements.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Product, and Analytics teams to align CRM activities with overall company goals and strategies. Control production of all necessary materials.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to customer retention and CRM.
Your superpowers
- Possess 2 years of experience in CRM, Retention, Email Marketing.
- Proficiently utilize CRM platforms and marketing automation tools, with a track record in user segmentation and personalized offer creation.
- Excel in communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration across departments and with third-party vendors.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience in validating product hypotheses across all funnels (Reg2FD, FTD, STD) and implementing triggers to boost gaming activity. Deep understanding of gamification tools and mechanics.
- Analytical and data-driven, adept at interpreting customer data to drive informed decisions for CRM initiatives. Expertise in analytics tools such as GA4, Tableau/Hasan, Amplitude, Looker Studio, or equivalents, for campaign reporting and optimizing customer lifecycle journeys.
- Demonstrate strong copywriting abilities, capable of producing engaging and persuasive content tailored to diverse customer segments.
- Possess a results-oriented mindset, focused on achieving measurable enhancements in customer retention and CRM performance.
- HTML/CSS skills utilized in the creation of email templates and emails.
- Intermediate (B1) English proficiency
Possessing a fervent passion for Counter-Strike and deep familiarity with the gaming industry would be a significant advantage for this role.
