What to do:

  • Manage and optimize the CRM platform to enhance customer engagement, segmentation, and personalization.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy, including email, web push, and on-site communications, to increase customer retention and engagement.
  • Design and execute customer segmentation strategies to ensure relevant and targeted messaging to different customer segments. Utilize A/B testing to continuously improve CRM activities effectiveness.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of CRM initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvements.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing, Product, and Analytics teams to align CRM activities with overall company goals and strategies. Control production of all necessary materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to customer retention and CRM.

Your superpowers

  • Possess 2 years of experience in CRM, Retention, Email Marketing.
  • Proficiently utilize CRM platforms and marketing automation tools, with a track record in user segmentation and personalized offer creation.
  • Excel in communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration across departments and with third-party vendors.
  • Demonstrate hands-on experience in validating product hypotheses across all funnels (Reg2FD, FTD, STD) and implementing triggers to boost gaming activity. Deep understanding of gamification tools and mechanics.
  • Analytical and data-driven, adept at interpreting customer data to drive informed decisions for CRM initiatives. Expertise in analytics tools such as GA4, Tableau/Hasan, Amplitude, Looker Studio, or equivalents, for campaign reporting and optimizing customer lifecycle journeys.
  • Demonstrate strong copywriting abilities, capable of producing engaging and persuasive content tailored to diverse customer segments.
  • Possess a results-oriented mindset, focused on achieving measurable enhancements in customer retention and CRM performance.
  • HTML/CSS skills utilized in the creation of email templates and emails.
  • Intermediate (B1) English proficiency

Possessing a fervent passion for Counter-Strike and deep familiarity with the gaming industry would be a significant advantage for this role.

Home Office
If you are comfortable working from home, then you can spend $150 on furnishing your workplace.
If you can't find something you like in our equipment base, we will provide up to $2,000 to purchase it.
Coworking Compensation

Taxes and accounting
We fully compensate taxes and help with management and consultation of your individual entrepreneurship.
Half-year bonus
We want to give credit to all mojamers for their contribution to the development of MOJAM, so every 6 months everybody will receive a bonus.
Mental Health Support Bonus
We care about your mental health, we also compensate 50% of the cost of sessions with a specialist.
Budget for Ukrainian
Speaking Ukrainian is amazing and we want to do it properly. So we compensate 50% of the course cost.
Budget for English
If you need to improve your English, we will compensate 50% of the cost of classes per month.
We always strive to implement something new in our work, so we compensate from 50% to 100% of the trainings cost.
You will have 18 days of paid vacation and the opportunity to carry over 10 days from last year.
Sick Leave
We are against working through fatigue and super effort, so you will have 15 days of paid sick leave.
Extraordinary Leave
We always support each other and freely give extra holidays to such occasions as: wedding, birth of a child, unforeseen events, etc.
Budget for sport
