- Handling incoming user requests (email, online chat)
- Working with user accounts in CRM
- Online monitoring state of the site and timely response to failures

- Your English is perfect (advanced)
- Good spoken and written communication
- You’re ready to resolve difficult or even conflict situations

- Have experience working as support or call center operator
- Spanish language skills
- Active CS2 player (we will give preference to candidates who are active gamers)
