On March 22, MOJAM joined Lezo’s Meta Hata career event for the second time — and once again, it was awesome! After the first conference, our case was called “Conquer Meta Hata on the First Try”, but this time we had a new mission: “How to outdo ourselves in the metaverse” 🚀
Why are we at Meta Hata?
Lezo came up with a way to connect candidates with their future employers in the most relaxed, informal setting — the metaverse! It feels like a game: every participant creates their own avatar for the event and explores different spaces, meeting companies, people, and taking part in all kinds of activities — both professional and just for fun. Maximum networking and new connections with potential teammates.
For MOJAM, this format is a perfect match for how we see career events. We’re big fans of computer games, we love trying new things, and we’re always happy to meet like-minded people.
What Did We Bring to Meta Hata This Time?
After a wave of positive feedback from guests and props from the organizers, we were fully charged and set out to make our presence at Meta Hata 4.0 even cooler 😎 Our SMM manager, Semen, figured out how to build metaverses during the previous event — all on his own. So this time, visitors were welcomed by an upgraded cosmic shuttle packed with useful info about MOJAM and some hidden easter eggs 💪
Here’s what was waiting for everyone in our space:
- A live-streamed talk from our recruiters on building a LinkedIn profile that works 24/7
- LinkedIn crash test: we collected 47 profiles from participants and gave personalized feedback on how to upgrade them
- Two levels of parkour with prizes: the easy one — BRO, the hard one — PRO, for real hardcore gamers!
- JamQuest about MOJAM with cool gifts for the right answers
Maximum Value from Our HR Team
Recruiter Oksana Yefimenko and ex-recruiter Max Blashnikov hosted a super useful live session:
“Win the Game: LinkedIn Edition! A Profile That Generates Offers Nonstop.”
They shared personal experience, real-life cases, and talked about:
- What recruiters actually look at first on your LinkedIn
- Profile Do’s & Don’ts
- How to combine hobbies and career: gamer hiring cases at MOJAM
The session gave participants some solid general advice — but the real value was in the practice and personal touch. Everyone could drop us a link to their LinkedIn profile and get feedback straight from the MOJAM recruitment team. We’re pretty sure the world now has 49 stronger LinkedIn profiles thanks to this.

Thoughts from Our All-Time Favorite Recruitment Team:
Oksana
At the last Meta.Hata, we focused on CVs, but this time I suggested we dive into LinkedIn — and the team fully backed me up. Everything went super smoothly! A lot of people responded, and it was clear that our efforts weren’t in vain — we genuinely helped people level up their profiles. Even the LinkedIn pages that looked perfect turned out to have room for improvement. The roast lasted a few weekends in a row, but the warm thank-you messages we got in return — that’s pure happiness!

It was awesome to take part in the LinkedIn crash test — and really cool that we got so many submissions!
I noticed that many people who sent in their profiles had already done a great job. Their pages looked solid — we just offered a few recommendations. Some professionals even caught our eye with their experience — another proof that a strong profile really does work. And for those who still needed a bit of polishing, we did our best to give practical advice — and we truly hope it already helped or will help soon. The thank-you messages is the best part. That felt genuinely nice. Big thanks to everyone who wrote to us and joined in!

Awesome experience. Friends or ex-colleagues often ask, “Can you take a look at my profile/CV? Would it work for company X?” — but doing it like this, all in one go, was a first. It was fun to review profiles from a fresh angle.
I was super happy with the number of requests — I tried to help everyone and give detailed feedback.
The best moment? When you go through a profile and realize: “There’s literally nothing to add!”
One profile was so good I even borrowed a couple of ideas for myself 🙂 And hands down, the kind messages from the guys and girls afterward — just made it all so worth it. Loved it!
How Did It Go?
Our space once again became a magnet for participants. This time, we organized two parkour levels: BRO level on the shuttle and PRO level in space. Winners received MOJAM WOW Boxes, custom 3D puzzles, and even shared their prizes in their stories 🧩

For us, it’s not just a way to meet future MOJAMers, but also a great chance to immerse guests in our universe: how we work, relax, who we’re looking for, and what matters to us.
By the way, our space is still open — be our guest!
Results in Numbers:
- ~1,000 visitors to our space
- +22 CVs
- 47 people took the Crash Test
- 44 participants in the BRO parkour
- 39 participants in the PRO parkour
- Peak attendance for the live stream lecture — 51
- Subscriptions, likes, comments, compliments, and thank-yous — heading towards infinity
According to the organizers’ survey among 22 companies, we took 3rd place in the “Most Impressive” ranking and 2nd place in “Companies People Learned About for the First Time.” Great first impression — nailed it again for the second time!✅

When’s the Next One with Us?
The organizers are planning Meta Hata Weekend on July 19–20. You’ll get to meet our team again this fall! We’re already cooking up a brand-new space with WOW activities and useful stuff to help you make a real level up in your career! Basically the same as always, but even better 😎
